Finally Crack the Code on Relationships!

“After working with Thomas I'm finally able to understand what it means to be present in relationships.”

Michael (52, C-level manager)

“I changed the way I show up for myself and my wife and it has drastically improved our marriage for both of us.”

Rob (35, software engineer)

“I used to shut down in conflict. Now I'm able to see things through.”

Ashok (28, real estate consultant)

You’re tired of repeating the same relationship patterns?

You're done with unintentionally pushing partners away?

With feeling engulfed or smothered by your partner?

Chronic low-grade loneliness you pass off as "needing space."

Suppressing needs until they explode or turn into resentment?

You want a secure, healthy relationship—but don’t know how to get there?

But you are ready to make the necessary changes now? Then this is for you:

Join the Avoidant Reset Code.

After this program you will:

- Understand where your avoidance actually comes from — not just the symptoms
- Have effective strategies to resolve the root causes and develop secure attachment
- Have your formula for navigating difficult relationship situations instead of shutting down
- Have the know-how & emotional skills to handle your own feelings and your partner's
- Create the conditions for your partner to actually feel close to you

- Be sure where your relationship stands — and what it needs

...and by all of that:

Stop enduring your relationships — and start actually enjoying them

Start your journey to relationships that feel great!

This work goes deeper than advice or learning new concepts. It’s about real, lasting change. In ARC you will, for 3 months:

- Participate in weekly live group sessions with Thomas & Maika focused on the insights you need to move forward

- Implement your insights in daily exercises to build new behaviors in your relationships

- Get support in weekly Q&A sessions with Thomas & Maika, and perhaps most importantly:

- Be part of and engage with a community of men doing the same work

ARC is exclusively for men, and specifically tailored for men with avoidant attachment tendencies, both in a relationship or currently single.

Program details

Start of the program

The 3-month-program will start in the first week of June 2026.

Audience

The program is exclusively for men.

Live sessions and recordings

The program has two weekly live sessions – a discovery session and a Q&A-Session.

All live sessions will be recorded and made available to members of the program. Discovery sessions will only be available as recordings after this first run of the program, while Q&A sessions will continue to be held live.

Founding members have the advantage that what Maika & Thomas present, discuss and offer support for will be molded to the groups specific concerns and needs in the Discovery sessions as the program progresses, in addition to the Q&A Sessions.

This is not therapy

ARC is a coaching and personal development program. It is not a form of therapy, counseling, or medical treatment, and is not a substitute for professional mental health support. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or require clinical support, please seek help from a qualified professional. By enrolling, you acknowledge that you understand this distinction.
